Refund and Cancellation

Thank you for your purchase from BINJK STEEL PRIVATE LIMITED. We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or request a refund. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Cancellations

Orders for Physical Products:
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

- Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
Services:
- Services such as consultations, project services, and others may be canceled 48 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.

- Physical Products: You may request a refund if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Services: Refunds for services will only be provided if the service has not been rendered or started, and cancellation is made within the stipulated timeframe.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your cancellation or refund request, we will review the matter and initiate the refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made products or services tailored specifically for you may not be eligible for a refund or cancellation.
If you receive a product or service that you no longer wish to keep (i.e., change of mind), we are unable to process a refund or cancellation.

4. Return Shipping

Physical Products: If you are requesting a refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect order placement, the return shipping costs will be borne by you.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, as failure to do so may affect your eligibility for a refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time, first check your bank account again.
